Service details, timelines, and deliverables will be discussed and agreed upon via project contract or email before execution.
4. Payments & Billing
- All payments must be made as per the agreed project contract or invoice terms.
- Advance payment is required to initiate any project unless discussed otherwise.
- Work will commence only after the initial payment/booking fee is received.
- Delay in payments may affect project timelines or pause ongoing work.
- Payments once made for strategy, design, or creative work are non-refundable.
5. Project Timelines
Project timelines will be discussed during onboarding. Timelines may shift if:
- Client delays in approvals or feedback
- Additional revisions or scope additions
- Third-party dependencies occur
We ensure timely delivery but cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. Revisions Policy
- Each project includes a set number of revisions as agreed before starting.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
- Major change requests after final approval will be considered new work.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide all relevant branding content including:
- Logos, brand guidelines, product images/videos, content references, etc.
- Accurate information, brand details & timely feedback.
Delays in providing materials may extend delivery timelines.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
- Final approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment.
- Raw files, project files (PSD/AI/AE etc.) remain the property of 2 Pages Production unless purchased separately.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Content Posting & Campaigns
- Campaign performance depends on multiple external factors (market, budget, target audience, competition, season, etc.).
- We do not guarantee specific metrics such as followers, sales, ROAS, viral reach unless stated contractually.
10. Third-Party Costs
If required, costs such as:
- Ad Spend
- Influencer Fee
- Stock Images & Licensing
- Plugins/Hosting/Tools
are to be borne by the client unless mutually agreed otherwise.
11. Confidentiality
Information shared between both parties will be kept confidential and used solely for project execution.
12. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate a project if communication is stopped for more than 15 days or due to unethical behavior.
No refunds issued for partial work already executed.
13. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss of revenue
- Drop in engagement/sales
- Website disruptions
- Third-party failures
Our responsibility is limited to the value of services delivered.
14. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under jurisdiction of local courts.
